ZamZuu Is The New Networking Business Opportunity

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010

If you don’t know or haven’t heard, ZamZuu is the new name for YTB Travel,an MLM business that has been around now for several years. The owners, the Tomer family and the CEO Kim Sorenson, would have you believe that nothing has changed but the name since the company was indicted by the state Florida for fraudulent practices as a travel company.Learn How to Market A Travel Company!

YTB had an image problem so they changes their name to ZamZuu and added a virtual shopping site to their travel portals Now people can make a percentage profit on the things people buy from stores on the travel websites, thus the name ZamZuu, but it is the same business with a different name.

For anyone looking for an online business, ZamZuu offers great products and lots of benefits being the only web business I know offering their members hospitalization, but I must say that YTB, or should I say ZamZuu, falls very short in several areas when it comes to online businesses.

1)ZamZuu is very expensive with a start-up cost of $500 to purchase a travel website portal. Then it is $49.95 a month or $600 a year to maintain it and you have not yet made a dime. There is also a travel agent course to get your license which is another $150 and to get in their association it is yet another $150. They really don’t dwell on that when recruiting people.

2)ZamZuu has regional training and recruiting meetings so agents can try to recruit friends, family and people they know. The Tomer Family was big in A.L. Williams Insurance and believes in a lot of hype to recruit people you know, which is all well and good until friends and family dry up and without other marketing tools agents cannot help them succeed.

3)ZamZuu is first and foremost a travel agency, which sounds really exciting and of course everyone loves to travel. However, travel is the biggest business in the world and probably the most popular on the internet. There are travel websites all over the internet doing a better job of advertising and competing for business. ZamZuu knows this, and I maintain they really don’t care if their agents sell travel as long as they recruit people at $500 a pop and $49.95 a month. I truly believe if a person only sold travel though ZamZuu and did not recruit they would have a hard time making a living.

The internet is filled with travel companies, good and bad. ZamZuu is probably one of the better ones, but it is expensive and not very helpful when it come to giving the agents what they need to succeed on line. It is imperative in MLM or any online marketing that marketing training should come first. There has to be a way for an agent to duplicate themselves and ways to market their products to everyone, not just friends and family. There should be techniques which can help get people to the web portals without having to depend on friends and family. More importantly, there needs to be procedures in place to train new members and give them the know-how to make money.

ZamZuu is a good company with lots of good products, but to succeed as a network marketer one should have a better foundation of fundamentals for recruiting and
training than they have to offer.

How To Easily Attract Website Traffic Using Social Bookmarking

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

Internet marketers have been driving traffic using social bookmarking for a long time now. In addition to building relationships, if you want, marketers put out good quality content to create a desire to visit their websites. It’s not always an easy task to write content that will appeal to a majority of people, but achieving that at these social sites is a great thing to do. The big thing that marketers love about these sites is much higher targeted traffic profile, plus the result of that are higher rates of conversion. The key to being successful with social bookmarking is to know what content to submit and how to do it the right way. Here are just several solid bookmarking suggestions for your next campaigns, and we feel they’ll be better for it. I applied these same bookmarking methods to my top sites uitvaartverzekeringen and uitvaartverzekering.

Participation is extremely important if you want to get the best out of a social bookmarking site. Try to find original ways to interact and communicate with the people in the groups that you participate in. But you will find that the majority of social bookmarking sites are big on getting the users involved in every possible way, since they are driven by the users. Sharing bookmarks with people is a worthwhile activity, so start by getting as many friends as you can on these sites. You should go out of your way to support others as well, so tag, bookmark and comment on other bookmarks. Do your best to participate and help others, which will both build your reputation and result in getting more traffic to your own site. If you want to effectively use social bookmarking sites to get some high quality traffic, you have to let go of any self-promotion that you want to do. If you do promote yourself, or products, you’ll quickly discover that people will not appreciate it. Nothing wrong at all with submitting content, but you just need to avoid making it too salesy because it won’t get anywhere. It should be no surprise to know that all of these websites have quality standards, and of course there are differences among them. When you’re doing your business there, take the time to read other content and vote for it. You’re just contributing and helping to add value to the site. The good will you spread will return to you, and you’ll also make friends and understand these communities.

It’s also important to submit your content at the right time. Making it to the first page, and sticking to it, can only be done within about a period of 24 hours.

So you have to think about when your particular target market will be present and online. So if you miss them then your bookmark will be way on the down the line. The most accurate way to determine your best times is by repeated bookmarking to see how your market reacts, if they’re online. Social bookmarking sites can be a great place to get publicity, traffic and better rankings in the search engines. These tips will help you to benefit from social bookmarking while avoiding some of the errors that beginners often make. If you consider all the angles first, your bookmarking campaigns will be successful.

We Increase The Effectiveness Of Our Conversations By Our Declarations To Create Better Outcomes!

Tuesday, August 10th, 2010

How can we increase the effectiveness of our conversations and use our speaking to create better outcomes? How we use language in conversation continually opens and closes possibilities for us in life. We at NetDivvy will help you communicate with everyday life, as well as your online business.Effective Conversations With NetDivvy

This is because language not only describes the world we observe, but it also creates the world we live in; because within the words we use are actions.

The various basic linguistic acts inherent in language are called: Assertions, Declarations, with a subset called Assessments, and Commitments, which can include both Requests and Offers.

Studies have shown that linguistic acts are a key ingredient in conversation regardless of the language we speak. Using language we tell others how things are: ‘This is a critical situation…’ We try to get others to take action: ‘Could you assist me with…’ We commit ourselves to taking action: ‘I will assist you to…’ We express our feelings and attitudes: ‘When I don’t communicate clearly I become…’

We bring about changes in the world by what we say: ‘I will improve my performance this year by…’ We offer to do something for another: ‘Would you like me to assist you to…’ These ways of using language occur in everyday conversation. Let’s now look more closely at Declarations.

Declarations are statements about ‘what will be’ from this time forwards. They carry a force that generates a new reality. They are expressions about the different circumstances in life that are made in the present and yet have a profound impact on the future. Some examples I can recall include: the voting deadlock following the US election in 2000 that was ruled on by the Supreme Court and delivered the Presidency to George W. Bush.

The court ‘declared’ by a majority of five to four that Bush had won the State of Florida. Another is the declaration by the then President of the International Olympic Committee Juan Antonio Samaranch when he announced the awarding of the 2000 Olympic games. He ‘declared’ …and the winner is Sydney.

What gives a declaration its impact is not so much the individual making the declaration, but the social role they occupy. Examples of social roles include: Police and judges. Referees and coaches. Principles and teachers. Chairpersons and Chief Executives. A particular social group - a community, a city, or a country, vests specific authority in a particular role to perform certain tasks.

The authority of a role can reside in an individual, or in a group, who may be elected or appointed, such as: Juries and tribunals. State and national parliaments, Boards of directors and boards of inquiry. And declarations can be considered valid or invalid according to the authority that the person or persons listening vest in the speaker.

And how is this relevant to us? How can we use declarations to create better outcomes and a different reality in our world? When we set goals and plans for our future we are making a declaration about how things will be, to ourselves and also to those around us. Here’s what Steve Zaffron and Dave Logan say:

“All generative action relies on speech acts; an action taken through language. The most fundamental of speech acts is a declaration, which brings a possible future into existence. A declared future is not a dream or a hope, but a future to which you commit yourself. Creating a new future makes you the author of your life in a way few people have ever imagined.

Investing in yourself, putting yourself at risk, is essential to rewriting the future. We do this by committing, which is another speech act. We put everything we have at stake for the new future. Just as a default future isn’t certain, a created future isn’t a done deal either.

What we invent is a possibility, to which we commit our entire being. When we realize that we have the power to declare and commit to a new future, the world occurs as a world that you control.” The NetDivvy Marketing and Training System will teach you how to communicate in the online business; thus increasing your opportunities to succeed.

To Your Success,

How To Improve Your Online Business Using Social Marketing

Saturday, July 10th, 2010

There is no denying the fact that social marketing has completely taken over the internet. Websites like Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace dominate the internet as people enjoy socializing and interacting with others. This is precisely why you need to learn to implement these sites into your online business marketing scheme.

Social marketing is totally different than many businesses still today think about ideal marketing. It is far less about what you know and more about who you know. For this reason, it is vital you take this opportunity to network and meet as many new people as possible. The great thing about these social sites is that you can stay connected to them well after the initial conversation as oppose to having to track them down tomorrow.

If you are going to make the most of this form of marketing, you have to be willing to open up. A lot of people like internet marketing because they can hide behind their computer and let the business talk for them. However, social marketing is totally opposite of that. You have to let people see the real you. Look at it as your chance to meet new friends and show people who you really are.

It is important that you are not trying to sell something immediately. No one wants to hear about your online business and every little detail of it right away. Instead, spend some time getting to know the other person. You can ask them some basic questions about their life, what kind of hobbies they have, what they do for a living, and things like that. Feeding off of these questions, you can then begin to explain how your business would benefit them.

One more thing to remember is that you should take advantage of several different social sites. Getting a Facebook membership and sticking solely to this site is not going to get the job done. You want to get a Twitter account, a MySpace account, and any other social site available as it will only increase the chances of you meeting customers that will transform your business for the better.

There has never been a better time to have an online business than there is today. Thanks to social marketing, it has never been easier to reach your target market and meet new people. All it takes is becoming a social butterfly and having an interest in what others have to say in order to drastically increase the amount of traffic your business generates.
